Figured it's time to do a proper write-up since I've been ordering from QSC (Qingdao Sigma Chemical) consistently since last July. Five orders total, mix of tirzepatide and semaglutide. Here's the full breakdown: Order 1 (July 2025): 4x tirz 30mg vials — shipped from China. Took 18 days door-to-door to East Coast US. Paid via BTC. Total $108 shipped. Order 2 (Sept 2025): 6x tirz 30mg + 2x sema 5mg — China direct again. 21 days this time. $174. Order 3 (Nov 2025): Switched to US warehouse. 5x tirz 30mg — arrived in 4 business days. Slightly higher price at $38/vial vs $27 from China. Order 4 (Jan 2026): 8x tirz 30mg from US warehouse — 3 days to arrive. $296. Used Zelle this time. Order 5 (Feb 2026): 4x tirz + 4x sema from US warehouse — 5 days. $248. All vials arrived intact, vacuum sealed, cold pack on the US warehouse orders. Never had a customs issue with China direct but the wait was rough. US warehouse is a game-changer honestly. Purity-wise I sent Order 3 to Janoshik and got 98.2% for tirz. Very happy with that. Overall rating: 8.5/10 — only dings are the China shipping times and the fact that their website goes down periodically. Product quality has been rock solid. 💉

Great write-up. Your experience mirrors mine pretty closely. I've done 3 orders all from US warehouse and never waited more than 5 days. The pricing from China is tempting but I just can't deal with 3-week waits. One question — did you notice any difference in the powder appearance between your China-direct vials and the US warehouse ones? My last US warehouse batch had a slightly more "fluffy" lyophilized cake compared to earlier orders.

Good question. Yes actually — the China direct vials had a more compact puck at the bottom, almost like a dense tablet. The US warehouse ones were fluffier/more fragile looking, crumbled easier during reconstitution. Both dissolved perfectly clear though. I think it might just be batch variation in the lyo process. Purity tested the same so I wouldn't read too much into it.

Appreciate the detail here. I'm about to pull the trigger on my first QSC order. Few questions: 1. How's their communication? I've heard mixed things about response times. 2. Did you ever have a vial that looked "off" — discolored solution after reconstitution, floaters, etc.? 3. The Zelle option — did they send you a direct contact or is it through an intermediary? Thanks 🙏

1. Communication is... functional. Tracy (their main CS rep) responds within 24 hours usually but sometimes it's clearly copy-paste answers. If you have a real issue you need to be persistent. I'd rate comms 6/10. 2. Never had a discolored vial. All reconstituted crystal clear. One vial from Order 2 had lost vacuum (cap depressed when I pushed the needle in without resistance) but the powder looked fine and I used it anyway with no issues. 3. Zelle goes to what appears to be a personal account name. Won't share details publicly but it's straightforward. They also take BTC, ETH, and cashapp now I believe.
