Reading this thread on Protein powder rankings hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 285 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

11 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 60 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Protein powder — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Relevant to Protein powder rankings what — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.4% → 5.5%, triglycerides 237 → 107 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 17 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

+1 to mike_mealprep. Especially the point about "Protein powder rankings is exactly what..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Protein powder rankings .
