Has anyone dealt with magnesium supplementation on glp-1?
Wanted to share some data with the community since I know we're all about evidence here.
Background: I have been tracking everything meticulously since starting my GLP-1 12 months ago. Here's what I have found regarding has anyone dealt with magnesium supplementation.
