GGPeps has expanded their catalog significantly over the past year. I've tried about 60% of their offerings and researched the rest. Here's my comprehensive breakdown of what's worth your money and what to skip. ## TIER 1: STRONG BUY βœ… Tirzepatide 30mg β€” $42/vial ($37.80 in 5-pack) The flagship product. Community tested at 96-98% purity consistently. If you're here for weight loss, this is the gold standard peptide and GGPeps sells quality product. No brainer. Semaglutide 5mg β€” $34/vial ($29 in 5-pack) Solid alternative if tirzepatide is too strong for you or you've had bad side effects with it. GGPeps sema tests at 95-97% purity. Good product. BPC-157 5mg β€” $28/vial Their BPC tests well and I've personally had good results using it for a nagging shoulder injury. Noticeable improvement in recovery over 4 weeks at 250mcg 2x/day. ## TIER 2: WORTH CONSIDERING 🟑 Retatrutide 10mg β€” $48/vial The "triple agonist" β€” GIP/GLP-1/glucagon receptor agonist. Still somewhat experimental (Phase 2 trials) but the weight loss data is incredible (up to 24% body weight in trials). Only 3 community purity tests so far (94-97% range). Worth trying if you've plateaued on tirz, but less tested than the Tier 1 options. Tirzepatide 10mg β€” $18/vial Budget option if you're on lower doses. Good value for people still in the 2.5-5mg/week range. Same quality as the 30mg vials. NAD+ Nasal Spray β€” $45 Newer product. Some users report improved energy and mental clarity. Limited testing data in the community. I've tried it and subjectively felt slightly more alert but could be placebo. ## TIER 3: SKIP ❌ "Immune Support Peptide Blend" β€” $55 Vague labeling, no clear peptide identification, no purity data available. Too ambiguous for my comfort. Hard pass. Pre-mixed Semaglutide Pen β€” $89 Overpriced for what you get. Same sema you can reconstitute yourself for $34 + $8 BAC water. You're paying $47 extra for the convenience of not mixing it yourself. Not worth it unless you truly cannot handle reconstitution. Cosmetic Peptide Kit β€” $120 Contains GHK-Cu, argireline, and matrixyl. These are skincare peptides with limited clinical evidence. At $120 for the kit, you can buy proven skincare products (retinol, vitamin C) for a fraction of the cost with much better evidence behind them. ## OVERALL CATALOG VERDICT GGPeps does GLP-1 peptides (tirz, sema, reta) very well. Their core products are legit and well-tested. The further you get from those core products, the less data exists and the worse the value proposition becomes. Stick to what they're known for. πŸ“‹

I want to expand on the retatrutide assessment. I've been running GGPeps reta for 12 weeks and the results have been remarkable: - Starting weight: 268 lbs - Current weight: 234 lbs (34 lbs in 12 weeks) - Dose: Started at 1mg, currently at 4mg/week - Side effects: More nausea than tirzepatide, occasional heartburn, increased body temperature (sweating more) For context, I had previously done 6 months of tirzepatide and lost 42 lbs but plateaued hard at month 5. Switching to retatrutide broke through the plateau dramatically. I sent my GGPeps reta to Janoshik: - Identity: βœ… Confirmed Retatrutide - Purity: 96.4% Solid product. I'd move it from Tier 2 to Tier 1 personally, especially for people who've plateaued on tirz. The triple-agonist mechanism is genuinely different and more powerful. But I understand keeping it Tier 2 due to limited community testing. πŸ’ͺ

34 lbs in 12 weeks on reta is impressive. And thanks for the Janoshik data β€” 96.4% is great for retatrutide which is a more complex synthesis than tirzepatide. I'll move reta to "Tier 1.5" β€” strong product but still needs more community testing. Once we get 15-20 purity tests compiled I'll be comfortable giving it the full Tier 1 stamp. Your data point helps a lot though. πŸ“Š

Strongly agree with the SKIP on the "Immune Support Peptide Blend." Any product that can't clearly state what peptide(s) it contains and at what concentration is a red flag. In this space, transparency is everything. If they can't or won't tell you exactly what's in the vial, don't inject it. This is my only real criticism of GGPeps β€” I wish they'd stick to clearly labeled, single-peptide products rather than venturing into ambiguous "blend" territory. It undermines the credibility they've built with their tirz and sema. 🚩

Want to second the BPC-157 recommendation. I've used GGPeps BPC for two separate injuries: 1. Tennis elbow β€” 250mcg subQ near the elbow 2x/day for 3 weeks. Pain went from 7/10 to 2/10. Could have been natural healing but the speed of improvement was unusual. 2. Knee tendinitis β€” Same protocol, 4 weeks. Significant improvement, went from not being able to squat bodyweight to squatting 185 lbs without pain. The literature on BPC-157 is mostly animal studies but the anecdotal human evidence across forums is overwhelmingly positive for tendon/ligament injuries. At $28/vial it's one of the best value peptides they sell. No purity testing to share unfortunately β€” BPC is harder/more expensive to test than GLP-1 peptides. If anyone has GGPeps BPC Janoshik results please share! πŸ‹οΈ
