that's exactly my thinking. As a first-timer, I was willing to pay a premium for a smooth experience. Now that I know what I'm doing, I might try QSC for a bulk order down the road. But for getting started, GGPeps removed all the friction. The website was clear, payment was easy, shipping was fast, and the product arrived exactly as described. Sometimes the cheapest option isn't the best option for your situation. 🎯

Jake, bookmark this thread and come back in 4 weeks with your results! We love tracking first-timer progressions here. Some things to monitor: - Weight (weekly, same day/time) - Appetite changes (rate 1-10 daily) - Side effects (nausea, constipation, fatigue) - Injection site reactions (if any) - Blood glucose if you have a glucometer Your 2.5mg starting dose is perfect. Don't rush to increase — give each dose level at least 4 weeks before titrating up. The appetite suppression effect often doesn't fully kick in until week 2-3. Good luck! 🍀

Beth — will do! Already started a spreadsheet tracking exactly those metrics. Starting weight: 247 lbs, 5'11", fasting glucose 104 (slightly elevated). Goal is 195 lbs. I'll create a separate progress thread in a few weeks. Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and helpful advice. This community is amazing. 🙏

247→195 is totally achievable with tirzepatide. I started at 232 and I'm at 187 after 7 months (5mg maintenance dose now). That's 45 lbs down. You've got this Jake! One more GGPeps tip: sign up for their restock notifications. They occasionally sell out of tirz 30mg vials and the restock notifications are the fastest way to grab them when they're back. Usually restocked within a week though. Good luck! 🎉
