Clinical perspective on Has anyone dealt with what do you eat:

I have managed roughly 300 patients on GLP-1 therapy and this topic comes up frequently. What the data shows — and what I see in practice — is that proper titration prevents most adverse events.

For this specific question, I would recommend: reviewing the relevant clinical guidelines.

Same experience here with Has anyone dealt with. TomFromTexas described it perfectly.

Reading this thread on Has anyone dealt with hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 281 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 56 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Has anyone dealt — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

This is exactly right. BenResearch_OR articulated what I have been trying to explain to my doctor for months. The Has anyone dealt with aspect is the most important factor.
