OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Meal prepping when you.

To answer dave_SLC: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.

Quick update: things are still going well. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Reading this thread on Meal prepping when you hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 291 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 66 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Meal prepping when — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

NeuroNate — that is really helpful context on Meal prepping when you. Follow-up question: what labs did your doctor order to monitor this?

I am in a similar situation (just started) and trying to set realistic expectations.

Reading this thread on Meal prepping when you hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 273 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

9 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 48 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Meal prepping when — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

LindaRN_retired — that is really helpful context on Meal prepping when you. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.
