Reading this thread on High-protein snacks under hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 271 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 46 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about High-protein snacks — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Relevant to High-protein snacks under 200 — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.2% → 5.3%, triglycerides 243 → 113 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 11 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

+1 to lucas_SP_BR. Especially the point about "High-protein snacks under is exactly wha..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with High-protein snacks under.
