Forget shakes entirely lol. I just do protein water now. Protein2o or similar — 15g protein, tastes like flavored water, zero nausea. Yeah it's only 15g not 30g but I drink 2-3 throughout the day and that's 30-45g right there without trying.

sometimes the "optimal" solution that makes you puke is worse than the "suboptimal" solution you actually consume consistently 🤷‍♀️

honestly that's facts. Compliance > optimization every time. The best protein source is the one you'll actually consume.

Update: the MyProtein Clear Whey in Peach Tea arrived and OH MY GOD. This is a revelation. It's literally iced tea with protein in it. Drank the whole thing, zero nausea, actually enjoyed it. I could cry.
