julia.endo — wow. I've been looking for this exact info for weeks.
Slightly tangential to Creatine monohydrate + but nancy_portland reminded me — has anyone else noticed changes in their alcohol tolerance?
I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.
Thanks for sharing this, nancy_portland. A few questions about your Creatine monohydrate experience:
- What dose worked best for you?
- How long before you noticed appetite suppression kicking in?
- Did your endo have any specific recommendations about Creatine monohy?
I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

To answer NurseLeah_Nash: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.
Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏
Relevant to Creatine monohydrate + GLP-1 — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:
Key improvements: A1C 7.2% → 5.3%, triglycerides 191 → 91 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 7 months.
The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
