Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Iron deficiency on thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first few weeks are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

To answer Admin: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.

Quick update: things are still going well. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

+1 to claudia_zurich. Especially the point about "The first month are the hardest..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Iron deficiency on GLP-1 .

100%. My provider said the same thing about Iron deficiency on.
