Historical pattern I've noticed: the best deals come in January (New Year's resolution crowd drives volume, vendors can offer lower margins) and September (back-to-school lull, vendors clear inventory).

Spring deals are mid-tier. If you can wait until late summer, you'll likely see better prices. But don't delay treatment just to save $20-30 per vial — the health benefits of starting sooner outweigh the marginal savings.

Also, most vendors have unpublished loyalty pricing. If you've ordered 3+ times from the same vendor, email their support and ask if they have a repeat customer discount. CompoundPharm gave me 10% off after my 4th order just by asking.

Updated Master Deal List — Spring 2026:

Best overall value: SynthPure at $249 with free Janoshik voucher (net $169 including testing value, 99.1% avg purity)

Best budget option: PeptideLabs USA at $169 for new customers (97.4% avg purity, Finnrick verified)

Best bulk deal: AmeriPharma 5-for-4 at $207/vial (98.8% avg purity, dual verified)

Best telehealth integrated: Ro at $99 first month (includes consult + medication)

I'll keep this thread updated through April. Post any new deals you find. And remember: always test your first order from any vendor, deal or no deal.

Just confirmed: Henry Meds is running a "Spring Start" promotion — $149/month for compounded semaglutide (normally $199) for the first 3 months. No code needed, applied automatically at checkout for new patients through April 15.

Not the cheapest option, but for people who want the convenience of a telehealth platform without the hassle of sourcing their own compounding pharmacy, it's decent. Their compounded product has tested at 97.1% purity on two independent Janoshik tests I've seen in this forum.
