To answer tammy_FL's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Found a vendor with insanely is well-supported by the literature.

The short answer: follow the standard titration protocol and reassess at 4-6 weeks.

The longer answer involves pharmacokinetic considerations around steady-state concentrations, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.

Relevant to Found a vendor with insanely — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.6% → 5.5%, triglycerides 217 → 117 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.1 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 9 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Found a vendor with.

To answer lisa_labSD: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Want to share my personal experience related to Found a vendor with insanely since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in October 2024 at 245 lbs with prediabetes and hypertension. My endocrinologist prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 16 months later: I am down 35 lbs, my labs have normalized, and I am off 2 of my 3 medications. The Found a vendor with aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This community helped me every step of the way.
