Relevant to Semaglutide titration — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.0% → 5.3%, triglycerides 227 → 97 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 7 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with Semaglutide titration since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

14 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been very similar to what was described.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Just make sure to check for more recent threads too.

NurseAsh_DET — that is really helpful context on Semaglutide titration. Follow-up question: did you experience any side effects during this phase?

I am in a similar situation (about to start) and trying to set realistic expectations.

Want to share my personal experience related to Semaglutide titration since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 270 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 6 months later: I am down 80 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The Semaglutide aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This forum was my go-to resource throughout.

11 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been even better than expected based on this discussion.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Some of the vendor information may be outdated.
