I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with Semaglutide titration since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

17 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been in line with the evidence presented.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. But always verify with your own provider.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Semaglutide titration.

To answer Dr.Martinez: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

+1 to mia_MS2. Especially the point about "The first month are the hardest..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Semaglutide titration.

I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with Semaglutide titration since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

14 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been very similar to what was described.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Just make sure to check for more recent threads too.

+1 to tony_orlando. Especially the point about "11 months later, the information in this..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Semaglutide titration.
