I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with Semaglutide titration since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

11 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been even better than expected based on this discussion.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Some of the vendor information may be outdated.

Slightly tangential to Semaglutide titration but jason_paloalto reminded me — has the insurance landscape changed recently?
