Slightly tangential to Semaglutide titration but jason_paloalto reminded me — does anyone have experience combining this with metformin?

I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.

I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with Semaglutide titration since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

17 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been in line with the evidence presented.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. But always verify with your own provider.

Reading this thread on Semaglutide titration hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 281 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 56 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Semaglutide — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️
