I've been using CompoundPharm as my primary semaglutide supplier since September 2025. Four orders, all independently tested. Here's the full breakdown.

Order History:

OrderDateProductPriceShip Time
#1Sep 2025Semaglutide 5mg vial$1493 days
#2Nov 2025Semaglutide 10mg vial$2492 days
#3Jan 2026Semaglutide 10mg vial x2$4494 days
#4Mar 2026Tirzepatide 15mg vial$2893 days

Independent Testing — Janoshik HPLC Results:

  • Order #1: 98.7% purity — semaglutide confirmed, no significant impurities
  • Order #2: 99.1% purity — excellent result
  • Order #3: 97.8% purity (vial A), 98.4% purity (vial B) — slight batch variation but both well within acceptable range
  • Order #4: 98.2% purity — tirzepatide confirmed via LC-MS/MS

All Janoshik COAs are linked in my profile for anyone who wants to verify. I paid for these tests out of my own pocket (~$80-100 each).

Great review. I've used CompoundPharm for 3 orders of semaglutide (all 10mg vials). My experience aligns with yours:

  • Shipping: always Priority Mail, arrives in 2-4 days with cold packs
  • Packaging: professional, amber vials with proper labels including lot number and expiration
  • Customer service: responsive on email, usually reply within 4 hours during business hours

I sent my second order to Finnrick instead of Janoshik for testing — got 98.9% purity, which is consistent with your Janoshik results. Good to see cross-lab validation.

One concern: they recently raised prices. The 10mg vial went from $229 to $249 in January. Not huge, but worth noting the trend.

I want to push back a little. I placed an order with CompoundPharm in December 2025 and had a less stellar experience:

  • Ordered a 10mg semaglutide vial — received in 5 days (slower than advertised "2-3 day shipping")
  • The cold pack was lukewarm on arrival. In December. In Michigan. No excuse for that.
  • I sent it to Janoshik — result was 96.3% purity. Still "acceptable" but below the 97%+ that everyone else seems to get.

When I contacted them about the lower purity result, they offered a 15% discount on my next order but didn't explain the batch variation.

Not a terrible experience, but not the flawless picture being painted here either. Vendor consistency matters.

— fair point, and 96.3% is on the lower end. A couple of things worth noting though:

  1. Janoshik has a stated margin of error of ±1.5%. So 96.3% could be 94.8-97.8% in reality. Still, even 97.8% is below my results.
  2. The cold pack issue is concerning — reconstituted product or liquid formulation? Because lyophilized powder shouldn't be affected by the warm cold pack. If it was pre-reconstituted, that's a bigger problem.

I've always ordered lyophilized powder and reconstituted myself, which might explain the consistency difference. What form did you order?

I ordered pre-mixed (liquid in bacteriostatic water). That's probably the difference — you're right that the cold chain matters more for the liquid form. And if the cold pack was already warm on arrival, degradation could explain the lower purity.

I've since switched to ordering lyophilized from them. Haven't tested the new batch yet but subjectively the efficacy feels comparable to my previous brand-name Ozempic experience.

Revised opinion: CompoundPharm is probably fine, but order lyophilized, not pre-mixed, unless you're in a warm climate with guaranteed cold chain.
