Telehealth prescriber directory what worked for — I finally have something positive to report and wanted to share.

After 6 months of ups and downs, things are clicking. My latest measurements confirmed what I have been feeling — this is working.

Not trying to brag — I know everyone's journey is different. Just want to put some positive energy out there for anyone who needs it today. ❤️

EndoResFellow's experience with Telehealth prescriber resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I started 3 months later. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 50 lbs in 5 months.

One thing I would add that EndoResFellow did not mention: the mental health improvements were just as significant.

Thanks for sharing this, EndoResFellow. A few questions about your Telehealth prescribe experience:

  1. What dose worked best for you?
  2. How long before you noticed appetite suppression kicking in?
  3. Did your endo have any specific recommendations about Telehealth pres?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Telehealth prescriber.

To answer chris_chi24: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Relevant to Telehealth prescriber — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.2% → 5.3%, triglycerides 203 → 103 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 7 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
