I spent the last month doing a deep dive investigation into Instagram peptide sellers and I need to share what I found because people are getting scammed every single day. I contacted 15 different Instagram accounts selling semaglutide and tirzepatide. Here's the pattern: What they all had in common: - Polished profiles with before/after photos (stolen from Reddit and TikTok) - Claims of "pharmaceutical grade" or "FDA approved" (neither is true for their products) - Prices too good to be true ($80-150 for "semaglutide 10mg") - Only accept Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or crypto (NO chargebacks possible) - Pressure tactics: "only 5 vials left!" "price going up tomorrow!" - "COAs" that are obviously photoshopped I bought from 3 of them and sent to Janoshik: 1..rx.official — "Semaglutide 5mg" = 0.8mg actual semaglutide (84% under-dosed) + unknown impurities at 12% 2..direct.usa — "Tirzepatide 10mg" = No tirzepatide detected. Contained BPC-157 at ~2mg (??) 3..shop — "Semaglutide 10mg" = 3.1mg semaglutide, 69% under-dosed, 91.2% purity NONE of them delivered what was advertised. One of them literally contained the WRONG PEPTIDE. Let that sink in.

I wish I had seen this before I spent $450 with.rx.official last month. They were so convincing. Had "customer testimonials" in their stories, replied quickly, seemed professional. I paid via Zelle like an idiot. When I messaged them after two weeks of no results, they told me I was "probably not responding to semaglutide" and tried to sell me their "premium blend" for $200 more. Then they blocked me when I pushed back.

The BPC-157 finding in #2 is actually really concerning and I want to highlight why. Whoever filled that vial likely has a bunch of different peptides and is just filling vials with whatever they have on hand, with ZERO regard for what the label says. Imagine if instead of BPC-157 it was insulin, or GHRP-6, or literally any peptide with acute physiological effects at the wrong dose. Someone could die from this kind of negligence. Also — 12% unknown impurities in #1? That could be residual solvents, bacterial endotoxins, degradation products, or synthesis byproducts. Any of those could cause serious harm.

I'm embarrassed to say I almost bought from one of these accounts last week. They had 12k followers and tons of comments saying "just got mine, works great!" I was THIS close to sending $200 via CashApp. What stopped me was finding this forum and reading the testing threads. You guys literally saved me from injecting mystery liquid into my body. Thank you.

Important reminder: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Telegram are NOT legitimate pharmaceutical distribution channels. No reputable peptide vendor operates exclusively through social media DMs. Red flags for social media sellers: - No verifiable business address or phone number - Payment only through non-reversible methods (Zelle, CashApp, crypto) - No third-party testing or clearly fabricated COAs - Pressure selling tactics - Claims of being "FDA approved" (compounded peptides are not FDA approved) - Before/after photos with no verification If you see these accounts, report them to Instagram. They violate platform rules for selling regulated substances.
