Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Continuous glucose thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first month are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

This is exactly right. dan_philly articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Continuous glucose aspect is what made the difference for me.

Slightly tangential to Continuous glucose but BenResearch_OR reminded me — has anyone else noticed changes in their alcohol tolerance?
I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.
