Reading this thread on When to hold at a dose vs hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 277 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 52 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about When to hold at a — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Relevant to When to hold at a dose vs — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.4% → 5.5%, triglycerides 209 → 109 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 13 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
