I've been tracking every QSC order meticulously and wanted to share my shipping data. 12 orders total — 5 from China direct, 7 from US warehouse. All shipped to Midwest US (Illinois). CHINA DIRECT ORDERS: | # | Date | Items | Ship Time | Total Days | |---|------|-------|-----------|------------| | 1 | Jun 2025 | 4x tirz | ePacket | 16 days | | 2 | Aug 2025 | 6x tirz | ePacket | 22 days | | 3 | Sep 2025 | 3x sema | Yanwen | 19 days | | 4 | Oct 2025 | 8x tirz | ePacket | 14 days ⭐ | | 5 | Nov 2025 | 5x tirz + 2x sema | ePacket | 25 days 😬 | Average China direct: 19.2 days US WAREHOUSE ORDERS: | # | Date | Items | Carrier | Total Days | |---|------|-------|---------|------------| | 6 | Dec 2025 | 5x tirz | USPS Priority | 4 days | | 7 | Dec 2025 | 3x sema | USPS Priority | 3 days | | 8 | Jan 2026 | 8x tirz | USPS Priority | 5 days | | 9 | Jan 2026 | 4x tirz | USPS Priority | 3 days | | 10 | Feb 2026 | 6x tirz | USPS Priority | 4 days | | 11 | Feb 2026 | 4x sema | USPS Priority | 6 days | | 12 | Mar 2026 | 5x tirz | USPS Priority | 3 days | Average US warehouse: 4.0 days Price difference: China tirz 30mg = ~$27/vial. US warehouse tirz 30mg = ~$36-38/vial. So you're paying roughly $10/vial premium for domestic shipping. My verdict: US warehouse every time now. The price premium is worth it for the speed, tracking reliability, and no customs anxiety. The only scenario I'd go China is for a massive bulk order where the savings add up significantly. 📦✈️

Similar experience from California. My China direct orders averaged about 17 days (slightly faster than yours, probably because of the LA port). US warehouse has been 3-5 days consistently. One thing worth noting — my last China order in October got stuck in customs (ISC Los Angeles) for 9 days. It eventually came through but that was the most stressful week of my life checking tracking 20 times a day. 😅 Never again. US warehouse doesn't have that stress. USPS Priority with real tracking that actually updates.

Devil's advocate here — for those of us ordering in bulk, the savings from China are real. I order 20 vials at a time every 3 months. That's $200 saved per order going China direct. Over a year that's $800 in savings. I just plan ahead and order well before I run out. Currently sitting on a 4-month supply because I ordered early. The trick with China is to NEVER let yourself get down to your last 2 weeks of supply before ordering. Always stay a month ahead. If you can handle the wait and plan ahead, China direct is the smarter financial move. Not everyone can afford the US warehouse premium.

That's totally fair and a valid strategy. If you're disciplined about ordering ahead, the China savings are significant for bulk buyers. My data is just showing the time difference — what's "worth it" is going to depend on your budget and patience level. I will say one advantage of US warehouse beyond speed: cold packs. My US orders always arrived with gel ice packs. China direct obviously can't do that for a 3-week transit. In summer heat that matters for peptide stability.

The cold pack point is huge. I ordered China direct in July 2025 and my package sat in a USPS distribution center in Phoenix for 3 days during a heat wave. Outdoor temps were 115°F. The vials were warm to the touch when they arrived. Still tested fine at Janoshik (96.8%) so tirzepatide seems fairly heat-stable in lyophilized form, but it made me nervous. US warehouse in winter/spring/fall? China direct is probably fine. US warehouse in summer? Absolutely non-negotiable for me.
