Hi everyone, this is PepSource customer service. We take product quality very seriously and would like to investigate these claims. We maintain strict quality control and all our products are tested in-house before shipping. If you could provide your order numbers we would be happy to look into this and offer replacements or refunds for any affected orders. We stand behind our products. Please email us at support@pepsource[dot]com with your order details.

With all due respect, "tested in-house" means nothing when independent lab results show 43% of label claim. Your in-house testing either doesn't exist or is deeply flawed. I don't want a replacement of more under-dosed product. I want a refund. And honestly, the community deserves to see YOUR third-party lab results. Not in-house testing. Send a batch to Janoshik yourselves and publish the results. That would go a lot further than offering to replace garbage with more garbage.

The PepSource rep showing up to offer "replacements" is peak comedy. Two independent tests showing 43% and 58% of label claim, and their solution is "send us your order number." Here's what a legitimate vendor would do: 1. Immediately pull the affected batches 2. Send samples from those batches to a third-party lab 3. Publish the results publicly 4. Offer full refunds, not replacements 5. Identify and fix the manufacturing issue Until PepSource does all five of those things, they should not be trusted. I'm recommending they be added to the caution list.

We are adding PepSource to the caution list pending further testing. Two independent Janoshik results showing significant under-dosing (43% and 58% of label claim) is a serious quality concern. — We are willing to reassess if you provide: 1. Third-party lab results from Janoshik or another accredited lab for current inventory 2. A public explanation of your QC process 3. Evidence of corrective action Until then, members are advised to exercise caution and test any PepSource products before use.

I'll keep this thread updated. Already submitted my refund request. Let's see if they actually process it or if I need to do a chargeback. Main takeaway for everyone: TEST YOUR PEPTIDES. Even vendors with decent reputations can slip. A $120 Janoshik test could save you months of wasted time and hundreds of dollars on bunk product. It's the cost of doing business in this space.
