Quick update: I have noticed more improvement since posting this. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Protocol: Semaglutide 2.4mg/wk, resistance training 3x/wk, protein 1.4g/kg/day.

Exactly this. My pharmacist said the same thing about Compounded semagluti.

Slightly tangential to Compounded semaglutide but Dr.MetabolicMD reminded me — what is the latest on the oral formulations?
