Alright y'all, ever since starting sema I can barely eat a full plate but I NEED my protein. Air fryer has been a literal game changer 🙌
My go-to right now:
🍗 Chicken thighs — 380°F, 18 min, flip once
Season with smoked paprika + garlic powder + tiny bit of honey
Comes out crispier than any oven chicken I've ever made
Getting like 35g protein in one thigh and I can actually finish it without feeling like I'm gonna explode
