I've been tweaking my morning routine ever since starting tirz 6 months ago and I think I've finally found what works. Curious what everyone else does!
Mine:
β° 5:45 β Wake up, immediately drink 16oz water with electrolytes (LMNT or homemade)
π§ 6:00 β 10 min stretching / light yoga (nothing crazy)
πΆ 6:15 β 30 min walk with my dog (rain or shine, this is non-negotiable)
β 6:45 β Black coffee + 30g protein shake (Fairlife or Premier Protein)
π 7:00 β Vitamins (B12, D3, magnesium, omega-3)
πΏ 7:15 β Shower + get ready
The protein shake first thing was a game changer for me. I wasn't getting enough protein and my hair was thinning. Added the morning shake and it stopped within a month.
