I just want to second what said about the protein shake first thing. I was losing muscle AND hair. Added a morning protein shake (40g whey isolate, easy on the stomach) and:
1. Hair loss stopped after ~6 weeks
2. My lifts stopped going down
3. I actually have energy in the morning
4. Keeps nausea at bay until lunch
It's the single most impactful change I've made alongside the medication itself. If you're only going to add ONE thing to your morning, make it protein. Seriously. 💪
