Now, 16 months later: I am down 49 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The Has anyone dealt aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

Now, 8 months later: I am down 56 lbs, my labs have normalized, and I am off 2 of my 3 medications. The Has anyone dealt aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.
