Adiponectin and leptin changes on is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. Dr.SportsMedIN articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Adiponectin and leptin aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on Adiponectin and leptin hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 273 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

9 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 48 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Adiponectin and — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Dr.EM_Chicago — that is really helpful context on Adiponectin and leptin. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer ricardo_MIA's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Adiponectin and leptin changes is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
