I've been tweaking my morning routine ever since starting tirz 6 months ago and I think I've finally found what works. Curious what everyone else does! Mine: ⏰ 5:45 β€” Wake up, immediately drink 16oz water with electrolytes (LMNT or homemade) 🧘 6:00 β€” 10 min stretching / light yoga (nothing crazy) 🚢 6:15 β€” 30 min walk with my dog (rain or shine, this is non-negotiable) β˜• 6:45 β€” Black coffee + 30g protein shake (Fairlife or Premier Protein) πŸ’Š 7:00 β€” Vitamins (B12, D3, magnesium, omega-3) 🚿 7:15 β€” Shower + get ready The protein shake first thing was a game changer for me. I wasn't getting enough protein and my hair was thinning. Added the morning shake and it stopped within a month. What's your routine?

I love this but I need you to know that my morning routine is: ⏰ 7:45 β€” alarm goes off 😴 7:45-8:15 β€” snooze button warfare 😀 8:16 β€” actually get up β˜• 8:17 β€” coffee (not black, I'm not a psychopath) 🫣 8:30 β€” remember I have a job πŸƒ 8:31 β€” panic I am open to suggestions on how to become you πŸ˜‚

I was literally you 8 months ago πŸ˜‚ The secret was the dog. She forces me out of bed because she needs to pee. Accountability partner with four legs and zero respect for my sleep schedule. But seriously β€” even just adding the water + electrolytes and protein shake to your existing chaos routine would be huge. You don't have to be a 5am person to take care of yourself!

My routine (5 months on sema): 5:30 β€” Wake up, cold shower (I know, I know, but it genuinely helps with the tirz fatigue) 5:45 β€” 20 min meditation (Waking Up app) 6:05 β€” Black coffee 6:15 β€” Gym (45 min, alternating strength/cardio) 7:00 β€” Protein smoothie: protein powder + frozen berries + spinach + creatine + collagen peptides 7:15 β€” Journal for 10 min (I track mood, appetite, side effects) 7:30 β€” Start work The journaling has been huge for tracking patterns. I can see exactly how my appetite/energy changes through the week after injection. Data nerd things πŸ“Š

For my fellow "gentle start" people who can't exercise first thing because of GLP-1 nausea: 7:00 β€” wake up, no phone for first 30 min (this was HARD but worth it) 7:05 β€” warm water with lemon (easier on the stomach than cold water) 7:15 β€” gentle walk outside, even just 10 min. Sunlight in your eyes = cortisol wake-up signal 7:30 β€” small breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs + half an avocado. Sometimes just the eggs. 7:45 β€” vitamins with food (otherwise they make me nauseous) 8:00 β€” start day The no-phone rule changed everything. I used to doom scroll for 30 minutes and start my day anxious. Now I start calm. Sounds woo-woo but the difference is real πŸ“΅
