My endo and I disagree about gardening on glp-1 finally have the and I want a reality check.

They are saying that I do not need to worry about it but everything I have read here suggests otherwise.

I trust this community's collective knowledge but I also do not want to go against medical advice without good reason. What would you do?

To answer the question about Gardening on GLP-1 finally have the energy for yard work — in my experience this comes down to a few key factors.

I have been dealing with this for almost 2 years now, and what I have found is that individual responses really do vary. That said, the general consensus on Gardening on GLP-1 finally seems solid.

What specifically worked for me: combining medication with structured exercise. I would suggest fiona_VT try the same approach and reporting back.

anders_CPH nailed it. Building on that — Gardening on GLP-1 finally have is something I discuss with my PCP regularly, and their clinical perspective aligns with what anders_CPH described.

One thing I would add: the first few weeks are not representative of long-term results.

Clinical perspective on Gardening on GLP-1 finally have the:

I have managed ~150 patients on GLP-1 therapy and this topic comes up frequently. What the data shows — and what I see in practice — is that proper titration prevents most adverse events.

For this specific question, I would recommend: reviewing the relevant clinical guidelines.
