Monthly price comparison thread for March 2026. I've been tracking compounded semaglutide prices across multiple channels and the market has shifted significantly since the FDA's updated guidance in January.
Telehealth + Compounding Pharmacy Bundles:
- Ro (via their compounding partner): $299/month for 1mg/week maintenance dose
- Henry Meds: $249/month, but requires 3-month commitment upfront ($747)
- CompoundlyRx (new entrant): $199/month, no commitment — but limited track record
- Push Health + local compounding: varies wildly, $150-$350 depending on pharmacy
Direct from Compounding Pharmacies (prescription required):
- Empower Pharmacy (503B): $175 for 5mg/2mL vial
- Hallandale Pharmacy: $155 for 5mg/2mL vial
- Valor Compounding: $165 for 5mg/2mL vial
Research/Lyophilized (no prescription, buyer assumes all risk):
- Various domestic: $99-$149 for 5mg lyophilized
- Overseas sources: $59-$89 for 5mg lyophilized (10-21 day shipping)
The big news: brand Wegovy is now $1,349/month retail, but with manufacturer savings cards some people report paying $500-$600 out of pocket. Insurance coverage is still a patchwork — about 40% of commercial plans cover it as of February 2026.
What's everyone actually paying? Sound off below.
