Minneapolis: Naf Naf Grill — shawarma plate with double protein. Midwest sleeper pick. Also Chick-fil-A grilled nuggets + side salad work literally anywhere in the country when you're desperate.

Seattle: Poke bowl from literally any poke place. Double salmon, edamame, cucumber, avocado. The omega-3s AND the protein. We love a multitasker.

Universal pro tip: EVERY sit-down restaurant can do grilled protein + steamed veggies even if it's not on the menu. Just ask. Worst they can say is no and they literally never say no.

This is incredible. Someone should make a spreadsheet of all these. Actually... should WE make a spreadsheet? Community high-protein restaurant guide? 👀

Phil don't threaten us with a good time. I'd absolutely contribute to this.
