🎉 MILESTONE: Group buy discussion looking for input!

I can not believe I am typing this. When I started this journey I had zero hope.

Numbers: BMI went from 38 to 25.

Thank you to this community for keeping me sane through the hard parts. You know who you are. 🙏

Group buy discussion looking for input — I actually dealt with this exact situation around month 3.

Short answer: talk to your prescriber first. Longer answer: I wrote about my experience in the results forum if you want the full details.

Completely agree with JennaRN. I would add that Group buy discussion looking also has implications for body composition that sometimes get overlooked in these discussions.

In my case, following a similar approach led to fewer side effects compared to what I was doing before.

As a healthcare provider, I want to add some clinical context to this discussion on Group buy discussion looking for input.

Building on what bri_stats said — the evidence base here is well-established. The key publications to reference are from the STEP program[1].

Key clinical points:

  1. Efficacy is dose-dependent and typically requires 4-5 weeks to reach steady state
  2. Side effect profile is predictable and usually manageable with standard protocols
  3. Monitoring should include baseline labs and follow-up at 3-month intervals
  4. Patient education significantly improves outcomes and adherence

Standard disclaimer: this is educational, not individualized medical advice.
