Want to share my personal experience related to Air bubbles in syringe 12 since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in October 2024 at 273 lbs with prediabetes and hypertension. My endocrinologist prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 10 months later: I am down 58 lbs, my labs have normalized, and I am off 2 of my 3 medications. The Air bubbles in aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This community helped me every step of the way.

Relevant to Air bubbles in syringe 12 — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.4% → 5.5%, triglycerides 249 → 119 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 17 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

Want to share my personal experience related to Air bubbles in syringe 12 since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 245 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 16 months later: I am down 65 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The Air bubbles in aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This forum was my go-to resource throughout.

jason_paloalto — that is really helpful context on Air bubbles in syringe . Follow-up question: did you change anything about your diet at the same time?

I am in a similar situation (month 2) and trying to set realistic expectations.
