Okay I need help with this — new year goals check-in march 2026.

I have been dealing with this for about a month and I am getting frustrated. Googling just gives me contradictory information and my provider does not seem to take it seriously.

Please tell me someone here has been through this and come out the other side. What did you do? What finally worked?

I know there are some really knowledgeable people on this forum so I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. 😩

To answer the question about New Year goals check-in March 2026 progress report — in my experience this comes down to a few key factors.

I have been dealing with this for several months now, and what I have found is that individual responses really do vary. That said, the general consensus on New Year goals check-in March seems solid.

What specifically worked for me: tracking everything in a spreadsheet. I would suggest mike_mod try the same approach and reporting back.

Good question. For New Year goals check-in March 2026, here is what the evidence says:

  • The clinical trial data (SURMOUNT program) supports this approach
  • Real-world results from this community generally confirm the trial findings
  • Individual variation is real — give it at least 8 weeks before judging

Happy to go deeper on any of these points if helpful.

Slightly tangential to New Year goals check-in but sophie_paris reminded me — has anyone else noticed changes in their alcohol tolerance?

I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.
