Okay I need help with this — gratitude thread what are you thankful.

I have been dealing with this for way too long and I am getting frustrated. Googling just gives me contradictory information and my endo does not seem to take it seriously.

Please tell me someone here has been through this and come out the other side. What did you do? What finally worked?

I know there are some really knowledgeable people on this forum so I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. 😩

newstart_MO's experience with Gratitude thread what resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I started 3 months later. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 50 lbs in 5 months.

One thing I would add that newstart_MO did not mention: the mental health improvements were just as significant.

Thanks for sharing this, newstart_MO. A few questions about your Gratitude thread experience:

  1. What dose are you currently on?
  2. How long before you noticed significant changes?
  3. Did your doctor have any specific recommendations about Gratitude threa?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Gratitude thread what.

To answer LeilaHI: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Relevant to Gratitude thread what are you — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.2% → 5.3%, triglycerides 243 → 113 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 11 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
