YES the egg bites!! I use a silicone muffin mold from Amazon (like $8).
Whisk eggs + cottage cheese + whatever veggies/meat you want. Pour into molds. 300°F for 12 min.
Each one is like a little protein bomb — about 10g per bite depending on what you put in. I add turkey sausage crumbles and spinach. Make a batch of 6 and they last all week in the fridge.
Game. Changer. For mornings when you need protein but can't deal with a full breakfast 🥚
