For my audiobook people (I literally cannot sit down and read a physical book, my ADHD said no):
"Atomic Habits" by James Clear — technically not a food book but I used it to build every healthy habit I have now. Stacking my sema injection with my Sunday meal prep was a game changer.
"The Glucose Goddess Method" by Jessie Inchauspé — her voice is so soothing on the audiobook and the veggie starter hack actually works really well with reduced GLP-1 appetite. Small portion of veggies first = way less nausea.
Also seconding "The Hungry Brain" — the audiobook narration is great. 🎧
