Protocol: Semaglutide 1.7mg/wk, resistance training 3x/wk, protein 1.3g/kg/day.

Following this thread closely. GLP-1 and insulin is something I'm actively working through.

Slightly tangential to GLP-1 and insulin but JessicaM_2024 reminded me — has anyone else noticed changes in their alcohol tolerance?
