Chicago: Portillo's chopped salad with grilled chicken. Skip the pasta add extra chicken. Like 45g protein and actually delicious.
Houston: Chipotle bowl — double chicken, black beans, fajita veggies, pico, lettuce. Skip the rice and sour cream. Easily 55g protein and I get it like 3x a week, no shame lol
NYC: Any halal cart — chicken over salad instead of rice. Literally everywhere, cheap, and you're looking at 40+ grams. White sauce on the side because it's basically mayo but I'm not a monster I still want some.
