I spent the last month doing a deep dive investigation into Instagram peptide sellers and I need to share what I found because people are getting scammed every single day.
I contacted 15 different Instagram accounts selling semaglutide and tirzepatide. Here's the pattern:
What they all had in common:
- Polished profiles with before/after photos (stolen from Reddit and TikTok)
- Claims of "pharmaceutical grade" or "FDA approved" (neither is true for their products)
- Prices too good to be true ($80-150 for "semaglutide 10mg")
- Only accept Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or crypto (NO chargebacks possible)
- Pressure tactics: "only 5 vials left!" "price going up tomorrow!"
- "COAs" that are obviously photoshopped
I bought from 3 of them and sent to Janoshik:
1..rx.official — "Semaglutide 5mg" = 0.8mg actual semaglutide (84% under-dosed) + unknown impurities at 12%
2..direct.usa — "Tirzepatide 10mg" = No tirzepatide detected. Contained BPC-157 at ~2mg (??)
3..shop — "Semaglutide 10mg" = 3.1mg semaglutide, 69% under-dosed, 91.2% purity
NONE of them delivered what was advertised. One of them literally contained the WRONG PEPTIDE. Let that sink in.
