Following this thread closely. Theme park season is something I'm actively working through.

Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 273 lbs and felt like I would tried everything

I respect sarah.morrison perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: Theme park season looking for — the subgroup analyses show meaningful heterogeneity.

I am not saying sarah.morrison wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

Reading this thread on Theme park season hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 299 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

15 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 74 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Theme park season — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Bookmarked 📌 The Theme park season info in this thread is essential. Coming back to this for sure.

mike_mealprep — that is really helpful context on Theme park season . Follow-up question: did you change anything about your diet at the same time?

I am in a similar situation (month 2) and trying to set realistic expectations.
