Quick question for the group — water bottle recommendations what worked for.

I searched before posting (promise!) but the threads I found were from last year and things seem to have changed since then.

My situation: I'm just starting out and this came up during my last appointment. My doctor mentioned it but did not go into detail.

Would love to hear from people who've actually dealt with this. What worked? What didn't? What do you wish someone had told you?

Thanks everyone — this forum has been invaluable for me.

SleepFixSam's experience with Water bottle resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I am on a different medication. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 35 lbs in 10 months.

One thing I would add that SleepFixSam did not mention: my sleep quality improved dramatically.

Thanks for sharing this, SleepFixSam. A few questions about your Water bottle experience:

  1. What dose are you currently on?
  2. How long before you noticed significant changes?
  3. Did your doctor have any specific recommendations about Water bottle?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Water bottle.

To answer newstart_MO: I started tracking everything in a spreadsheet from day 1.

Quick update: I will post a proper update thread soon. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏
