Reading this thread on New Year goals check-in hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 265 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

11 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 40 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about New Year goals — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Relevant to New Year goals check-in — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.6% → 5.5%, triglycerides 217 → 117 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.1 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 9 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
