Following this thread closely. High protein fast food is something I'm actively working through.

Reading this thread on High protein fast food hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 273 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

9 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 48 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about High protein fast — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Relevant to High protein fast food options — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.6% → 5.5%, triglycerides 205 → 105 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.1 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 9 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
