yep it syncs with both through Samsung Health. Cronometer integration is newer but it works. There's a slight delay sometimes but nothing annoying. Also forgot to mention — it tracks your overnight SpO2 which is cool. I noticed mine improved after losing weight on tirz which my doctor said is common if you had any mild sleep apnea. Data is cool man 📊

RIP to Dan's Fitbit but honestly Fitbit/Google has fallen off SO hard. Their trackers used to be the gold standard for casual users and now the Pixel Watch 3 is just... meh. I switched to a Whoop 5.0 and while it's subscription-based ($20/mo), the strain tracking and recovery scores are insanely useful when you're trying to figure out how hard to push on days when GLP-1 side effects are hitting. It basically tells me "hey your body is recovered enough to go hard today" or "maybe just walk today bro." Which is exactly what I need because I'm terrible at listening to my own body 😅

the Whoop recovery scores are legit, I had one before switching to Garmin. Only stopped because I got tired of the subscription adding up. whatever you pick, the most important thing is consistency. Track your trends over months, not days. One day of weird data doesn't mean anything. The magic is in the long-term patterns. Also make sure you're tracking your protein intake alongside the fitness data. That combo is what really shows you whether you're maintaining muscle. Tracker for the outside, food log for the inside 💪🧠

Update: I ordered the Garmin Venu 4. It arrives Thursday. I'll report back with my thoughts after a week of use! Thanks everyone, this is why I love this community. Actual helpful advice without someone trying to sell me something 🙏
