OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Continuous glucose.

To answer denise_HTX: my doctor and I discussed the options and went with brand.

Quick update: I have noticed more improvement since posting this. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Reading this thread on Continuous glucose hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 299 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

15 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 74 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Continuous glucose — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Reading this thread on Continuous glucose hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 281 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 56 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Continuous glucose — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️
