I inject my Wegovy every Thursday morning and I've noticed a definite pattern in how I feel throughout the week:
- Thursday (injection day): Fine for a few hours, then nausea and fatigue kick in by evening
- Friday: Worst day. Nauseous, exhausted, zero appetite, zero energy
- Saturday: Starting to feel better, still a bit off
- Sunday-Wednesday: Feel great, good energy, appetite somewhat normal
Currently I'm trying to work out 3x/week and struggling with scheduling. If I train Thursday I feel fine but the post-workout recovery gets tanked by the injection side effects. If I skip Fri/Sat I lose 2 potential training days.
How do you all schedule your workouts around injections? Does timing actually affect results or am I overthinking this?
